I am currently the manager for both GiuseppesOnline.com and Montellas.com. I work with the business owner to provide a site catered to their specific concerns, and I work with a hosting company to ensure round the clock service for an e-commerce platform and regular updates for events and specials.
In my work as a marketing manager for both Giuseppe's and Montella's I have been responsible for the creation of most of the marketing material that goes out. I have created Print flyers for both in house and distribution. I have created Coupons as well as email mailers. Here is a selection of work done.
My work for Montella's Pub stared when the company began and I provided the first generation of the website. I was then responsible to keep it up to date with the schedule of events for the bar. This over time grew to creating marking materials from use in print and social media. We then decided to migrate the site to a third party company and I was the lead designer on that project and I still offer support to the present site. Montellas.com
As a Project Specialist I acted in a supporting role for a large team of project managers. The major focus of my time there was centered around the HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) / ACA (Affordable Care Act) Compliance Program, the Data Center Move project, and managing our team portfolio.
While duties vary from project to project they center on facilitating the organization of people and materials, both digital and hardcopy. I coordinated meetings with multiple locations complete live video and synchronized projectors. I managed shared documents and SharePoint servers to help different teams coordinate materials. I designed and managed reporting tools for large programs. However, more importantly I put myself into a position that would allow me the flexibility to alleviate pressure from all of the members of the team whenever it was needed.
My work at Elm Terrace Gardens could be best described as whatever needed to get done that did not already have someone to do it. I was responsible for updating the website for the organization as well as managing the In house television channel and radio station. During my time at Elm Terrace I was also responsible for interfacing between the ongoing construction and the office and residents.
I was also tasked with any miscellaneous administrative tasks. These included creating one off presentations, setting up meetings, rewriting the employee handbook, etc. Additionally I was in a position to be the second shift I.T. help desk with most of the issues revolving around email and server issues, as well as managing weekly backups and offsite storage.
